Some Photogenic Wildlife: Mule deer, white-tailed deer, black-tailed prairie dogs, burrowing owls, Mississippi kites, northern orioles, orchard orioles, downy woodpeckers, red-headed woodpeckers, Lewis's woodpeckers, wild turkeys, curve-billed thrashers, greater roadrunners, black-tailed jackrabbits, and blue grosbeaks.

Surprises: Bighorn sheep, mountain lions, and snapping turtles.

Available Lodging: Large, fully equipped trailer house available and hookups for guests' trailers or campers for rent on site for a very reasonable price. The landowner can refer you to a local bed and breakfast if you would like.

Tour of Ranch: This huge ranch requires some introduction. Arrangements can sometimes be made for landowner to give a tour for $125/group.

Photo Trail Requirements: This is a working ranch and a private residence. You must call ahead to reserve a mutually convenient time for your visit. On the ranch, remember to stay on roads. Leave gates as you find them (open or closed). Leave no trace of your visit. Take nothing from the ranch except your pictures. If landowners modify these rules or make others, please respect their wishes.
